A Fresh New Start

These last few weeks have been super exciting and crazy but also very stressful because I had so many exciting things happening in my life.

We’ve sold our apartment but we didn’t know where we would stay until we would find our dream home. So we would basically be homeless. Luckily we managed to find a place to stay for a while and it took away a lot of stress for me.

I also had a big change at work. My manager recently quit her job totally unexpected. I decided to apply for her job. It was a super exciting challenge for me because I was one of over 100 other applicants. This whole roller-coaster of people applying, calling and interviews with me assisting all of my competition was pretty weird to me. I’ve worked my all of my ex-manager’s hours and did all her work with my other colleague so I took that time to train myself for this new job, but I was insecure the whole time because I didn’t know if I would get the job.

After almost 2 Months of waiting patiently to moment was finally here. There was some great news:

I’VE GOT THE JOB! -YAAAYYY!!!! I still honestly I can’t believe it that from now on I’m the Coordinator Public Information & Ticketing at my most favorite company in my home town! From now on I have the job I’ve been dreaming about for 3 years. 3 years ago I applied to a job to work in the Public Information team, but a girl in the cashier team took the job. So I decided to get her job instead and hopefully work my way into the Public Information team. And almost 3 years later I did!

I’m super excited about my new job and I really feel like this is a great job for me. I love my colleagues and I love all the responsibilities I have with this job. It’s a big challenge but I feel so ready for it. It’s a fresh new start, my biggest job so far. I finally feel like finally this is my adult job and my future.

Besides my career change we are also house hunting like crazy and I can’t wait to find our dream home as soon as possible. So more exciting things ahead. Good times, big changes and I love it!
