Sold!

Finally I can tell the whole world the great news:

We’ve SOLD our apartment! YES!

Bye Bye Home

I can’t believe within’ ‘only’ 8 months we’ve sold our apartment! These days it usually takes a lot longer to sell a apartment like ours because there are so many apartments for sale everywhere. A 23-year old girl has bought our apartment and seemed to love it as much as we do, so that’s great. It really feels weird to not know where we will go after we move out. We have to move out before November 30th, and I don’t know where we will be staying before we move into our future home.

House Hunting

In the last few weeks we have been looking at several homes where we interested in. It’s great to see a home from the inside other than just on a website. Even though we’ve found out that the perfect house doesn’t exist, we’ve seen some great options. But we want to visit some more so we’re positive that we’ve found the best one.

Stress

So for now, the fun part is here, choosing a home. But it also might be the hardest part of this adventure because it’s our biggest buy in life and it has to be a good one. Exciting times which bring a lot of stress with them for the both of us. And also not knowing where we will be after we leave our apartment makes me stress a lot. I like to know where I’m up to next. We have a few options, buy a house and try to move in the same day, but that’s almost impossible because there’s not much time left. We can stay with my parents in the meantime, but that’s not very convenient with me going to work. Or we can rent an apartment for the time in between moving out and moving into our new home.

For now we’re really happy and can’t believe it’s really happening!
