The beginning of this week I was still on tour so there were lot’s of bad habits like Mac Donald’s, Bounties, Snickers and more tasty but bad food.
So when I came back home it was very hard for me to go back to reality and start eating healthy again. Luckily the first night I could eat at work and ate some delicious chicken, vegetables and potatoes. Very healthy and super delicious.
I still need to go back to more exercise because I haven’t been running for ages. I’m very busy with work these days so it’s hard for me to plan my exercises. But it’s also a excuse because I should make time!
I did loose some weight since last week…my weight yesterday was 102.1 , I couldn’t weigh myself in today so I might even lost more. So I’m doing good but I need to get back to business. Focus!
These are my result so far:
Starting Weight: 104.4 Kgs / 229,7 Lbs
Weight after 11 weeks: 102.1 Kgs
Feeling: Good! Getting back on track and feeling good!
