This weird thing is happening.
Whenever I come near a scale it doesn’t like me and tells me that I’m not going to make my goal.
My weight is not going down anymore and it’s very frustrating.
Then again when I think about how I’m feeling, I feel great. I eat better, I exercise more and I actually get compliments on how good I look. So why don’t these two match? I don’t know which one I should follow up to. It’s too confusing for me.
So far I feel good, but then again when I get on the scale I hate myself. That’s why I’ve decided to only weigh-in once every 2 weeks instead of weekly. I hope that helps a little. We will see how that goes.
