My Battle Update – Week 5

This last week was a week of mixed feelings. I didn’t run as much as I wanted too. I had two night shifts and I didn’t sleep well so I was a little out of balance. I also started having some hay fever problems and I’m having my period. BUT, besides all that I still managed to loose 0,5 Kgs / 1,1 Lbs which is fine with me. In 3 weeks my NKOTBSB tour will start and my goal is to weight under 100 Kgs by then, and it took me 5 weeks to only loose 2,3 Kgs and now I want to loose the next 2,1 within 3 weeks, so I need to put in some extra effort.

I want to feel good when I’m on tour and have enough energy to dance all night during the crazy concerts, shake my butt of at the afterparties and don’t fall asleep after another short night of sleep. I’m so excited! I would be very proud of myself when I manage to make it, but I HAVE to do it MYSELF so (note to myself): Work it girl! You can do this!

These are my result so far:

Starting Weight: 104.4 Kgs / 229,7 Lbs

Weight after 3 weeks: 102.1 Kgs / 224,6 Lbs

Result:  – 2,3 Kgs / 5,1 Lbs

Didn’t feel so great because of my hay fever but when I jumped in the scale I was very excited. I do need to step up my game to reach my goal, but I feel very motivated!

    super goed bezig. ik moet er ook nog even aan trekken, en dat lukt niet echt de laatste weken. maar we blijven vol houden.
    ren je met evi?

      Ik heb geleerd om nu niet op te geven als het even niet zo goed gaat.gewoon weer de draad oppakken…ik een soms met evy…maar liever mijn eigen training,2 min rennen en dan 1 min wandelen…en dat afwisselen.dat vind ik zelf het fijnst vol te houden…bij evy moet je veel wandelen tussendoor, vind ik te lang.

    You’re doing great hun. Crack on some upbeat BSB tracks and shake your booty at home, get some cardio done. Great workout and great prep for the tour! 🙂
