I’m already 4 weeks in and it’s not really feeling like a ‘diet’ so that a good sign.
I DON’T want to be on a diet because diets mostly never last and they don’t work for me. So I’m happy where I’m at right now, even though I wish my weightloss would go a little bit faster.
This week I’ve been making myself some healthy smoothies with fresh fruit. I did eat Mac donalds and some other unhealthy stuff but I didn’t take it overboard and made it back in balance by eating healthy the other days and stay of all the candy. Before I could eat junkfood and candy, and all sorts of crappy food all day long, it was like the never ending story…I kept eating bad food.
I also did some running again, I’m actually still liking it. I feel that my body doesn’t like the whole weight that it has to carry, so it’s deff not an easy task, but I’m not giving up yet! I feel great after a run and i think I really feel more fit.
Starting Weight: 104.4 Kgs / 229 Lbs
Weight after 3 weeks: 102.7 / 226 Lbs(I only know the Kgs for sure)
Result: – 1,7 Kgs / 3,5 Lbs
Feeling: Happy, healthy, proud of myself…just need the number on my scale to go down faster. I’ve set myself the goal that I want to weight under 100 by April 17th, but at this pace it will be hard to reach…but i’m going for it!
Great job! I just ran yesterday morning. The weather was perfect for it. Keep it up!
