Another week has gone by and I’m very happy with my results. I usually loose more weight in the first couple of weeks, but now I’m going slowly, but still going into the right direction.
The last 7 days have been good. I did have some days with big diners, including starters, and dessert. But I made sure to compromise with the other meals during the week. I also ate less bread for lunch and ate lot’s of fruit. I even slowed down on the diet Coke and barely ate any bad snack.It was difficult sometimes because I was craving for Oreos, Crips and Chocolate. But I’ve behaved.
I also did some exercise, I went running for a couple of times, and also walked a lot with my boyfriend. And I must confess that I’m feeling a lot better these days comparing to a couple of weeks ago. Even though I didn’t loose that much weight at all I feel like I’m doing it the right way because I’m changing my lifestyle while I’m still being myself and enjoy food. It’s not getting an obsession or a diet, it’s making new habits and choices that are healthy.
These are my result so far:
Starting Weight: 104.4 Kgs / 229 Lbs
Weight after 3 weeks: 102.9 / 226.3 Lbs(I only know the Kgs for sure)
Result:Β β 1,5 Kgs / 3,3 Lbs
Feeling:
Good, enthusiastic and more fit. I can d this! Yes!
