I’ve been living in my hometown Eindhoven for over 5 years now. I’ve been to school and worked here ever since 1999. So I love my hometown. It’s the city of lights, because the Philips factory is based there and they invented the light bulbs here. This past few years the city has been renovated a lot with many art and lightning structures in the center. For example the left weird looking building it’s called ‘The Blob’ because it looks so funny. There are a lot of different buildings with special effects that make the city look better. Before it used to be a very industrial city.
One thing that I really love about this city is that there is so much to see and do, like festivals and stuff. It’s never boring here. There are also many great shops in the center and Holland’s largest bar street.
