I started of pretty good. But soon enough I fell back into bad habits of eating too much bad stuff and not just a little bit, but a whole lot off stuff that I shouldn’t even have at home. I did have more exercise this week, I went walking, drove my bicycle for 1 hour and went swimming laps for 1 km. But I just couldn’t stay with the healthy food.
I was also craving for all this bad stuff because I was having my period, and I always crave for bad food those days of the Month, but hey, no excuses! I’m not proud of myself right now because I have to take this seriously, it’s the only way to even do it. I really have to do better next week or this will never work. All I can say right now to myself is, You know you can do it, then DO it!
I started to keep a diary about my battle, but I stopped halfway through the week:
Breakfast: Vanilla Yogurt with some Cruesli
Lunch: 2 slices of brown bread, 2 eggs, 1 tomato, 3 big mushrooms
Diner: couscous salad with cucumber,tomatoes,onions and chicken sausages, vanilla yogurt
Drinks: 2 L water, 1 cup of milk, 4 cups of tea, 2 glasses of Diet Coke and 2 glasses of Light soda
Exercise: 40 minutes of fast walking
Feeling: OK, Motivated, I’m pretty excited!
Lunch: Corn bread with cheese, Cucumber and Cherry Tomatoes
Diner: 1 Large Pizza with Tomatoes, cheese, Ham, Pepperoni & Mushrooms
Drinks: 1 Glass of Milk, 1 Orange/Mango Smoothy, 5 cups of Tea, 2 glasses of diet Coke
Exercise: Nothing much, walked through Ikea for a couple of hours…lol
Feeling: really enjoyed my pizza, but shouldn’t have done that *regret*
Breakfast: a half Croissant
Lunch: 4 Small slices of Currant Bread with butter
Snack: 3 Cookies (Evergreen)
Diner: Salad, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes , Steak, Low fat curbs
Drinks: 1 x Water, 2 x Tea, 2 x Diet Coke, 2 x Diet Soda, 1 x Milk
Snack: 2 Cookies
Exercise: Swimming laps (1km / 0,62 Miles)
Feeling: Hungry and craving for Crisps….ohhhhhh esp. right after swimming (around 4pm) and at night
These are my result so far:
Starting Weight: 104.4 Kgs / 229 Lbs
Weight after 1 week: 104,2 / 228,4 LBS (I only know the Kgs for sure)
Result: – 0,2 KGs
Feeling: Not so very proud at myself to say the least, but I have to keep the faith and start again.
