Yesterday I started my battle to loose weight to have a healthier and better life.
I will blog about my battle to hopefully keep it up and achieve my goal.
My 10 reasons why I want (have) to loose weight:
1. I want to be healthy again, being overweight like I am brings so many risks so why gamble with my life, I’m worth so much more!
2. I’m done with this… I can be the happiest girl in the world, but my weight issue is always there in the back of my mind making me feel unhappy.
3. I want to feel pretty again and be happy with the way I look. Get more confident and feel good.
4. I want to get more energy and be able to move like I want to, without my boy getting in the way of my mind.
5. I want to buy clothes in a normal sized store, and not only shop at plus size stores.
6. I want to wear all my clothes again that won’t fit me anymore.
7. I want to amaze myself, my family and friends.
8. I want be happy with what I see when I look into a mirror.
9. I want to have less pain in my back and have less headaches.
10. I just want to be healthy and happy
What are my goals:
* I want to loose 20 KGs / 44 Lbs before January 1st, 2013 (My 30th Birthday)
* I want to live a healthier lifestyle
* Stop eating so much unhealthy food
* Drink enough water & tea every day
* Get more active
* Be happy with every Kilo / Pound I loose
* Blog about it
I’ll post a weekly update to show how I’m doing. Next Wednesday I’ll post my first update. Hopefully I’ll see some results.
I totally agree; I made excuses all the time – a few years back – and kept getting bigger and bigger. I got to a point , where enough is enough, and did something about it. . Great post and I look forward to sharing more with you:)

Oh wow good for you! Good luck with the weightloss and remember: it’s about changing your life for good, not something you do for a little while and then get back to what you used to do. So make smart choices and take it easy. It’s better to ease yourself into it than to go cold turkey! Be strict to yourself, but not harsh. Allow yourself the good stuff from time to time and just make smart choice overall. Again good luck and I look forward to reading about your progress.
