That’s a very easy question for me. The one thing that I HATE about myself is my weight. A couple of years ago I lost about 30 Lbs / 14 KGs and I was actually happy with my body. These day I weight more than I ever did and it makes me so unhappy every day. I’ve tried to put myself into a healthier lifestyle, but always after a few weeks of no results I get back into my bad habits.
Sometimes I wish I could eat whatever I like and don’t get fat, but unfortunately my body saves up all the bad food like a big warehouse that keeps getting bigger.
I’m thinking about starting again and this time also work on more exercise ( I want to start running again) and keep a blog about my results so I have some support and a back up when things get rough so I won’t give up that easily.
Do you think I should blog about it?
